Pre-Medical Society

The Pre-Medical Society of Missouri State strives to expose students to different aspects of medical fields and give students opportunities to enhance their leadership skills by becoming involved and interacting with other premedical students. The Society has a medical school tour and a preceptorship program each year, through which students can gain more experience in the medical field.

Tri-Beta

Tri Beta Honors Biological Society encourages undergraduate research and provides members with the opportunity to gain knowledge of careers in the biology field.

Stream Team (Natural and Applied Science)

The Stream Team is a state-wide organization which monitors the quality of Missouri's water ways. The club tests the James River regularly on float trips and during cook-outs along the river.

Sierra Club

Sierra Club is for anyone who feels that we, as human beings, have a responsibility to give back what we can to our earth in meager compensation for all that she has provided. Past community service projects aided the campus, biological researchers, the Missouri Department of Conservation, schools and surrounding environments.

Wildlife Conservation Club

The Wildlife Conservation Club seeks to make students aware of wildlife conservation in their area and in Missouri as a whole, and to foster cooperation, support, and fellowship among wildlife conservation majors and related majors. Additionally, the club provides information concerning wildlife conservation career fields and training requirements.

Pre-Veterinary Club

The Pre-Vet club provides opportunities for students interested in veterinary medicine to interact with one another, share interests, and provide mutual support in their career goals.

Ozarks Biological Graduate Society

The Ozarks Biological Society serves graduate students in the Biology Department. The primary function of OBGS is to raise funds so that students may attend scientific meetings. Other functions include social events and representation on the University Graduate Council.
